Construction date is changed

Problems in the construction and banking sector of Ukraine, a significant reduction in income, currency devaluation, the stop of mortgage lending and lending to property developers, others was caused by the global economic crisis. This has led to a sharp reduction in investment.

 

Considering the above, the company was forced to change the planned date for completion of construction of a residential building №1 - 18 August 2010, the planned date of bringing building №1 into service - 22 October 2010, the planned dates for the transfer building №1 under the settlement - 25 December 2010.
