Construction progress report for December 2008

In the period December 01-31, 2008 at the construction site of Residential complex “Berezki” in Vyshgorod town works of monolithic frame construction, interior separation wall blockwork and electrical mounting works in residential building №1 were performed.

Mounting of pillars, pylons, diaphragms and floor slabs on Floor 14 was completed with 216.6 m³ of concrete and 32 tons of hot-rolled reinforcing steel used, 18 reinforced concrete stair flights were mounted. Mounting of pillars, pylons and diaphragms on Floor 15 were also completed with 71.7 m³ of concrete and 10.6 tons of hot-rolled reinforcing steel used. Construction of separation walls of floors 3, 4 and 5 was completed with the use of 45 m³, 25 m³ и 45 m³ of aerated concrete blocks, respectively.

To ensure compliance with the concrete works procedure at low outside air temperatures, concrete electric heating units were mounted and put into operation.

Within the electrical engineering section of the project, 260 meters of polyethylene tube for electric cable laying was laid and 506 units of electrical equipment installed.

Monolithic works in the building in general have been completed approximately at the level of 90%.
