Purchase procedure

1. Apply to  SALES DEPARTMENT  of PJSC KYIVSOTSBUD to:

 

 1.1. choose an apartment;

 1.2. familiarize yourself with documents required for concluding a transaction:

 - Regulations of Construction Financing Fund (CFF);

 - Contract of Participation in CFF;

 - Statements;

1.3. based on the terms and conditions chosen, you and Sales Department manager draw up the square meters purchase schedule for the respective apartment;

1.4. the apartment chosen by you is reserved for you for the period of 3 days for purposes of completing the transaction.

 

2. Within 3 days upon apartment reservation, you apply to FORTUNA-BANK LLC located at the address: 35В Borichev Tik Str., Kyiv, to a representative of PJSC KYIVSOTSBUD.

Monday to Thursday: 09.00 – 17.00
Friday: 09.00 – 16.30.

In the bank:

 

 2.1. to finally allocate the chosen apartment to you, you should sign Contract of Participation in CFF with FORTUNA-BANK LLC and submit the statement of your spouse (in her/his presence) confirming his/her consent to apartment purchase;

 2.2. after that you pay an installment of not less that 30% of apartment cost and also UAH 900.00 as a fee for Principal’s funds management and UAH 30.00 for account opening;

 2.3. then you receive the Certificate of CFF Participation containing the Schedule of further installments to be made by you to CFF.

 

3. After that you purchase square meters of the apartment in accordance with the Schedule, with the Certificate being exchanged for the new one taking into account the installment already paid.

 

4. After full repayment of apartment cost:

 

4.1. you and FORTUNA-BANK LLC sign the contract of apartment title transfer to you;

4.2. the bank’s representative exchanges your Certificate for the Certificate of 100% payment for the actual total apartment floor area;

 

5. Upon completing settlements with you (by results of apartment measuring by the Technical Inventory Bureau (BTI)), drawing up of inspection statement and apartment hand-over and acceptance statement and commissioning of the respective building, the Certificate is exchanged for Certificate of Title to Apartment (which is executed by and at the expense of PJSC KYIVSOTSBUD).
