BEREZKI is a state-of-the-art architectural project. Within the framework of this project, construction of eight 16- storeyed buildings with commercial premises on ground floors is planned.

 

 

 

Building structure:

• The buildings of the complex are constructed using the state-of-the-art time-proven technology of monolithic frame housing construction, which provides an opportunity of free apartment planning and, in addition to that, allows to reduce construction time and increase building durability;
• Exterior walls are filled with aerated concrete blocks, insulated from the exterior side with cellular polystyrene panels and plastered with enhanced quality plaster.

 

Windows and doors:

• Windows and balcony doors of apartments are made of reinforced plastic, they are heat- and energy- saving, with double-pane units;
• Apartment entrance doors are made of metal, they are shock-resistant and fireproof.

 

Heating system:

• Heat supply is provided via individual roof boiler rooms with heat distribution to each apartment.

 

Water supply:

• Four artesian wells which are Residential complex’s property.

 

Elevators:

• Passenger elevator with 500 kg capacity and cargo-and-passenger elevator with 1000 kg capacity.

 

Telecommunications:

• Telephone lines;
• Internet;
• Cable TV.

 

Security:

• Buildings have concierge rooms.

Two-level underground parking:

• 452 car places;
• Fire alarm – combined sprinkler fire alarm sensor is mounted over each car place.

 Autonomous Residential complex maintenance service.

 Individual consumption accounting of all energy resources:

• hot and cold water meters;
• electric power meter.
